    3. Until Cloverum is authorised as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) by CySEC, we do not provide regulated services, and any asset-level materials may appear as placeholders or examples. After authorisation and data-feed activation, we will publish our own per-asset MiCA factsheets.

    Nothing on this website should be read as implying that Cloverum’s products or services are MiCA-authorised or enjoy regulatory protections prior to authorisation. We avoid communications that could mislead on regulatory status.

    5. Where disclosed, per-asset sustainability indicators (energy consumption, renewable share, energy intensity; Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions; GHG intensity per validated transaction) are prepared using transparent third-party methodologies and reputable sources.
    • Where background data is unavailable, figures may be clearly labelled estimates and replaced when final data becomes available.
    • We apply consistent definitions, units and timeframes; material methodology changes are flagged with links to methods.
    • Publication cadence and approvals follow our ESG Policy.
